We collect information you give us when you book a cleaning, contact us, call, or text us. This can include:

• Your service address, ZIP code and details about your home or business, such as size and type of space
• Your cleaning preferences, scheduling details and access instructions
• Payment information, which you enter into our payment form (see “Payments” below)
• Anything else you choose to tell us in a message

Like most websites, our hosting provider also automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.

How we use your information

• To book, schedule and carry out your cleaning
• To reply to your questions and requests, including by phone, email or text
• To send confirmations, reminders and service updates
• To process payments and keep business records
• To operate, secure and improve this website

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business:

• Booking Koala, our booking and customer-management system. The booking and contact forms on this site are provided by Booking Koala, so what you enter in them is collected and stored there.
• Our payment processor, which handles card payments through the Booking Koala form. We do not see or store your full card number on this website.
• Google, which provides the map on our Service Areas page. Google may collect information such as your IP address when the map loads, under its own privacy policy.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Our cleaning team, who receive the details they need to do your job, such as the address and access instructions.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our team or our customers.

Payments

When you pay online, you enter your card details into a form provided by Booking Koala and its payment processor, not into a form built by us. Their handling of your card details is covered by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not store full card numbers.

Calls and text messages

If you call or text (833) 829-1196, we use your number to reply and to arrange your service. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can tell us at any time to stop contacting you by text or phone, and we will.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, which sets cookies and collects anonymous usage information such as pages viewed. The Booking Koala forms and the Google map may also set their own cookies or similar technologies to work properly. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services, keep our business records and meet legal requirements. After that we delete it or remove identifying details.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing connect@qleeners.com. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can. Some records we may need to keep, for example for payment or tax purposes.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services and this website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
