However, we cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, or accidents that occur during the cleaning process, unless they result from our negligence. We recommend that you inform us of any fragile or valuable items that require special attention.

We will not sell your information or disclose it to third parties without your consent, except to the service providers who help us run our business (such as our booking and payment systems and our cleaning team), or as required by law.
